Embodiment coaching is a sensation-based coaching style where we allow the body to take the lead. It involves sensing into your body and working with your internal senses to release and heal. Building awareness of the sensations of the body and then using these sensations to navigate your world and to unlock who you truly are. Your authentic, empowered self.
We live in a world that is so busy with options and demands that it is easy to lose track of who you are and what is important to you. By reconnecting to your body you can allow it's intuitive wisdom to guide you into a more fulfilling and heart-led life.

What is Embodiment Coaching?
Embodiment Coaching is a trauma-aware coaching style that centres around the sensations felt in the body. This might involve looking at patterns, habits, beliefs, boundaries that you are holding (or not holding!) and using your body to move and express these emotions, thoughts and sensations. During a session we use your felt senses to navigate your current situation and gain clarity, understanding and direction. By using the body to guide you we give the rational analytical part of you a rest, so that you are able use your body's wisdom to process emotions and gain clarity and actionable steps forward. Through this process you can;

- gain greater understanding and appreciation of your body
- increase confidence
- improve general wellbeing
- improve your ability to make empowered, body-based decisions
- form a respectful, heart-felt, healthy relationship with your body

What is a session like?
Embodiment coaching is a body-led somatic style coaching practice. That means that we allow your analytical/ thinking mind to take a rest and we use the sensations of your body to navigate your current situation. Most sessions start with us setting a goal or intention to work on for the session. We then explore and build awareness of how this current situation feels internally. We then use embodiment practices such as body-led movement, sound and breathing to process any stored emotions and find clarity around your current goal/ issue.
How to prepare for a session
When you come to a coaching session it can be helpful to bring a situation or dynamic that you are wanting to work through, This could be a relationship dynamic, issue with your job, general feeling of dissatisfaction, stress or overwhelm, or it can be centred around working toward a goal or desired state of functioning or feeling. But if nothing comes to mind we can simply explore the sensations that are alive within the body and use them to guide the session.
It is also helpful to ensure that you are in a space where you are free to move and express yourself. Embodiment coaching involves body-led movement and expression so it is helpful to be in a private space where you feel comfortable to do this. The sessions are held via zoom and use video and audio.

Embodiment Coaching is for anyone who wishes to have a deeper connection and understanding of their body. For anyone feeling overwhelmed with to-do-lists, experiencing periods of stress and disconnection from their body and wishing to create empowered, long lasting change. For anyone wishing to introduce more joy, heart connection, love and self compassion into their lives, this is for you.
How to work with me
1. Introduction pack
- 4 x 60 minute Embodiment Coaching sessions. Usually used over 4 weeks, however this is flexible.
- $169/ session
2. I Am Home; finding peace, joy and connection through heart-centred Embodiment practices.

3. One off clarity session
- I do offer one off 60 minute sessions, however keep in mind that it can sometimes take a few sessions to get use to the process and therefore if you are new to Embodiment Coaching doing multiple sessions allows you to go deeper and generally get more out of the sessions. These one off sessions can be great for people who are familiar with the process and have an issue that they are trying to find some clarity around.
